To be required to maintain subject matter on ALL bills. No tacking pork spending onto legislation. Eliminate this open voting crap, where you can vote, then get bribed, and go back and change your vote before the window is closed. You get to vote ONCE, and all congressmen vote at the same time, at their seats. |
