[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Problem using Adobe Flash Player

I have downloaded Adobe Flash Player several times tonight but I can't find it in any menus and it just seems to have disappeared. Anyone know where it can be found or how to solve this problem?

right click on your 'start' menu and try the search? For 'when was it modified' put today's date, it should come right up.

ETA: you might restart your machine too, perhaps there will be an installation wizard come up?

Not there either. All that is showing up is Adobe Reader.

maybe my computer > local disk c > documents and settings > all users > start menu > programs?

ETA: when you go to your start menu, then 'all programs' does it show up in an adobe folder? Mine is under 'macromedia flash' since I've had it before Adobe got them.
