I know we have an NFA forum, but I am filling out the paperwork to send in right now, and I need a quick answer if I want to get it off today. In section 3a of the Form 1, "Trade Name (if any)" I would put my trust name, right? Then simply repeat the trust name and address in 3b where it asks for Applicants name and mailing address? -Ben |
