Even for a gun forum, this place seems to be a little more adverse to LEOs. Overall, it is not anti-LEO, but I've seen too many posts against LEOs compared to other forums.

I find it interesting that the reason the "Cop Bashing" threads go to 20 pages is because of the Arfcom LEOs posting in it.  If somebody posted a story about a cop luring out a dog so he could shoot it and LEOs didn't reply...the thread would die after about a page and a half.  How many +1s can you have before the thread just kinda slips away.  But, hey, I don't want to interject any reason or thought here.  Please continue flaming the Us-vs-Them fires.

Exactly.  The four or five LEOs that always seem to be present in those threads obviously get off on them just as much as the haters.

Which brings up a second point.  How many thousands of LEOs do we have that frequent this site?  How come it's only four or five that always post in these threads?   Maybe because they enjoy it while the others just ignore it.

HERE's an idea, have a word with the folks tossing around JBT insults, comparing EVERY police action to Waco, threatening to shoot officers serving warrants or writing them speeding tickets, and cheering when an officer suicides along other numerous "us vs them" examples.
I've seen police blamed for things in threads where police were never even INVOLVED,  along with troll accounts out the wazoo. Not exactly rational "non-whackjob" behavior.

HOWEVER, a lot of police actions in the news DO deserve criticism.  Then again, you don't hear much about GOOD COPS do you?  You only hear about the ones that the liberal media want you to hate.
