I am buying my son a RRA Car A4 for his birthday. I spent all my money on the rifle. So now I need to find the cheapest EOTech I can find. Any advice on models and dealers? I have always been an Iron sights kinda guy so my knowledge on optics is semi limited. Any advice and reccomendations will be greatly appreciated. Please keep my "broke" status in mind.

EOTech = $$$ = Another Birthday

Let him enjoy the iron sights for a while...old school.

Yea, Eothingies aren't cheap.  Consider getting a Bushnell holosight instead.

Let him master the iron sights first!  Next year, Eotech!

I'm glad I bought my first AR in college when I was barely able to afford the ammo after saving up for months for just the rifle.  It was alot of funny just figuring out how to sight in and properly use the A2 sights correctly.

The 512 uses AA's.  Use Lithiums.
