Hello all, I'm 37 years of age and I am thinking of taking a course that gives CDL training. I'm not really looking to drive 18 wheelers though, just dump trucks and trucks some what similar in size. Anyone have any pointers? Any information will greatly be appreciated. |
'CDL license'...isn't that like 'ATM machine'? I wonder if anyone that is hiring around you will train you? CDL schools charge A LOT. The DMV doesn't require school training, just the ability to pass a pre-trip test, a written test, and a driving test. I don't think that the smaller trucks are that hard to drive. |
