That's just it.....I don't know yet. The officially in the race contenders all make me gag. Thompson and Gingrich have some potential, in my opinion...but I want to be VERY careful about who gets the nomination this time around. We can't afford another Bush. ETA -- Bush has been in the right sticking it out in Iraq, and I respect him for that...but his latest nonsense on immigration has torn it. I voted against the man in the 2000 primary (I voted for Keyes) and I have been uneasy about voting for him in both general elections, but I supported him when it was warranted. He did OK with the tax cuts....but he's flunked out on CFR, guns, and now on immigration, an issue that has more potential to harm our nation than terrorism. Enough is enough. I really REALLY want Fred to be as good as the hype. I honestly and truly do with every fiber of my being.....but I also don't want to project my hopes onto a candidate and have them turn into a disappointment. |

+1 Fingers crossed.  Been disappointed too many times by "politicians" I hope he is everything we think he is. I am SICK of voting for the lesser of 2 evils.
