I'm drinking some Ommegang...it's a Belgian Ale and has an alcohol content of 8.5%

It tastes damn good. I also have some fine tequila bought in Mexico I may hit up too.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle...

That is the only problem with it. Once you get "used" to it - everything else tastes like gas... and I don't mean that in a good way.

If you enjoy a good scotch - it is a winner. If you drink it every day - it can get kind of expensive - but I buy about 1 bottle a year - so it is a little easier to justify the expense.

ohhh, my fav. I drink the silver(white) stuff myself, never really liked any of the aged spirits (Rum, Tequilla, Bourbon - always preferred it to in the least aged form). Love it with sour mix + shot of sloe gin (strawberry liqueur works too)

I've been into the beefeater and tonic tonight.
