My friend who is on yasmin birth control got freaked out after an experience and took plan B. she was fine until now (she took the last pill of 2 at 5am). She has chills and a fever and  a quick pulse. What is wrong? she cant explain the visit to her parents.

WTF are you asking here for?  Get her to a doctor.

No.  Call a doc.  Bad reactions to medication can be serious.

Doc now.  Parents be damned.

Just a question; don't take this the wrong way:

You seriously expect anyone to diagnose this over the internet, 2nd or 3rd hand?

Is it more easier to explain a "visit to the doctor" or her death?

Which would make you feel worse?

Yes.  He's posting about an adverse drug reaction on a gun forum because he's too afraid of the most important people finding out.  Maybe Darwin will claim both of them for their outrageous stupidity.

Tell her to read the adverse reactions on the drug info sheet while you drive
her to the ER.

Yasmin® contains a different kind of hormone, drsp, which may increase
potassium. Therefore, you should not take Yasmin if you have kidney, liver, or
adrenal disease because this could cause serious heart and health problems.
Tell your doctor if you are on daily long-term treatment for a chronic condition
such as cardiovascular disease or chronic inflammatory disease. Women who
take certain drugs (see below) should have their potassium level checked in the
first month of taking Yasmin.
Important safety information about Yasmin:
What are the risks involved with taking any oral contraceptive (OC)?
OCs can be associated with increased risks of several serious side effects. OCs
do not protect against HIV infection or other STDs. Women, particularly those
35 and over, are strongly advised not to smoke due to the risk of serious
cardiovascular side effects including blood clots, stroke, and heart attack.
What cardiovascular or chronic inflammatory drugs may increase
potassium?
NSAIDs-ibuprofen (Motrin® , Advil®), naproxen (Naprosyn®, Aleve®, and
others) when taken long-term and daily for arthritis or other diseases or
conditions, Potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone and others), Potassium
supplementation, ACE inhibitors (Capoten®, Vasotec®, Zestril®, and others),
Angiotensin-II receptor antagonists (Cozaar®, Diovan®, Avapro®, and others),
and Heparin.

Plan B can really screw up a females body for a couple weeks with the worst being the 3 days.  At least that is what I saw first hand.  It made an ex of mine feel bad enough to miss work for 2 days and she felt horrible for about a week.

How bad are her symptoms?  Chills and a fever after taking a high dose of hormones would be expected.  Is the fever something routine like 100 degrees or extream 104 degrees?  If any of the symptoms are extream get her to the ER.  If the symptoms are more like a bad flue then I would say wait until morning.  If she gets worse go to the ER.

It kills me seeing threads like this. If someone was having a heart attack, would you post here to find out how to do CPR? If the house was burning down (except for that one guy a couple days ago), would you post here to find out how to use a fire extinguisher? Go to a doctor.

My wife (and subsequently, myself) spent 11 days in the hospital after a massive pulmonary embolism caused (we believe) by the Yasmin she had been taking for about 2 years.  She survived it, but only by getting IMMEDIATE medical attention and some of the fastest ambulance drivers in Tucson.  The clotbuster (can't recall the name) at about $2000 a shot was critical to the survival, as well.

We did some investigation aftewards and PE's are associated with Yasmin.

This is bad stuff - get medical attention NOW, OP!
