Anyone wish we were on good enough terms with Russia to buy Siberia? The wealth of resources contained in this region are almost unfathomable. Perhaps we could help Russia rebuild, by investing in some new land... Ala Seward's Folly

Bump This plan would work out well I believe. POSITIVES: -More land for US -More resources for US -Better relations with Russia NEGATIVES: -Cost... but Russia would probably let it go for cheap (they don't really use the land anyway... uninhabited for the most part, just like Alaska) do you know how much gold and oil are in Siberia? No one really does.....
