Long story short, i messed up the plug on the back where the monitor plugs in. I bought a new video card but the whole thing crashedwhen i was running the setup disc . I need to get my pictures from the hard drive.

You can always pull your harddrive and put it in a friends computer.
Or try booting into safemode if you can.

So i can just hook it up to another computer. Wont i get the same results, not being able to get into Windows? How can i use safe mode? Thanks.

I put it iin another computer but i cant find anything. my pictures file only contins the sample pics that were on there when it was new.

go to (drive letter)\documents and settings\(the name you used on the old computer)\(user names) documents\(user names) pictures
