Ok, If your Sprint bill was last paid in February, why would Sprint only cut off your outgoing calls and text messaging instead of just cutting it off all together?

Since I know it will come up, A good friend of mine is asking for help with her rent again and I'm just trying to find out if I'm being told the truth or not. Any help would be appreciated .

they had an issue with my service a few years ago... no outgoing calls, all the incoming and data. Strange.
So yeah, she could be telling you the truth.

I did get one months free service due to their mix up

I've had issues with Sprint before - no outbound, but data and incoming worked just fine.
