I have a big jar of Gefilte fish sitting at home in the pantry and no idea what to do with it.  I have Jewish in me 3 generations back.  I am not Jewish, but I LOVE Jewish food when the opportunity comes.

Any suggestions on with to do with the Gefilte?

Buy it fresh for god sakes.  Then, put some kosher (red) horse radish on it and choke it down.

I thought the reason it is Kosher is for for God's sake.
