He must run.

Even if he doen't win the nomination, he can force one of the RINOs toward the right and get solid commitments ON TAPE.

That might not mean much ("No new taxes."), but it will go a long way to establishing a more conservative Republican platform.

If he wins the nomination, so much the better.
