Do you have facial hair?

I am a shaver and have a gote (sp), I have noticed that you don't see very many men with shaved heads that don't have facial hair.

FYI I don't shave because I am balding, I shave because of the $15 hair cuts every two weeks.  For a months worth of hair cuts, I can buy a years worth of Mach III blades at Sams.

One of our delivery drivers said bald heads and goatees are all the rage among the gay crowd.  He said when they see someone like that they automatically assume they're a member of "the family."  I guess it's kind of like those rainbow stickers.

yep

razor shaved scalp with moustache and goat.

I had the goat grown to almost 6 inches but I trimmed it back.

I don't razor my head, I just don't use the guard on my clippers.

I don't grow facial hair either.

Same here, I'm afraid of getting the pimple head. I just now started using a razor again (Gillette Fusion) but my neck HATES me for it. I keep hoping it clears up, but it doesn't seem to be. I've been "no guarding" my head for 10 years now. Only reason I'd want to razor it (which I NEVER have) is to cut down on the frequency of having to shave again. I use facial hair clippers on my goat on #2 or #3.

first couple of times you razor the ole scalp just throw a double handful of rubbing alcohol on it and you won't have any problems with "bumpy head"

It also makes for a good wake me up.

No kiddin'??? Wonder if that would work on my neck too. It's not terrible, like 5 spots where the hair tries to get ingrown. Are you suppose to go "against the grain" on your head or one direction? It it more of a bitch than using clippers?

I always go against the grain.  Otherwise I don't get a very good shave.

I use to clip, it was messy and I always had burr head, that weird period about a week after the clip where your hair is too short to comb but does not look as neat as I would like. I do my shaving in the shower about every three days.  I also do it by feel too. I have done it with just water, just soap and shave gel.  By far it is better to use shave gel for  the best shave to be laid down.

I razor back to front with a mach3.  I use a nice conditioner instead of regular shaving cream.

It is less problem than clippers IMO.

Hmmmm...I just may have to try this next time, though I have to admit I'm a little freaked out by shiny head syndrome. I can pull off the super close shave, but my head ain't that beautiful.

I am not allowed to have facial hair other than a small mustache at my job. That is fine with me because I never had any. My problem is I have to be clean shaved everyday. I like to skip a day because I have sensitive skin but what can I do.

but my head ain't that beautiful.

Me too, at lest I think. I cut my hair with the 3/8 guard on the clippers. I was thinking about using the clippers with no guard but my head is kinda punkin shped and I was concerned about looking like a Jacl-o-Lantern, might frighten kids until it grew back out.
Appeals to me tho, very low maintance and I hate paying the $15.00 for a hair cut.

that's a given.  If you are in the sun for extended time, wear a high SPF in addition to a cap.

Have been shaving my head for years. The goat was used as an offset to the lack of head hair. But now it's there to hide my slight double-chin. I've been dieting and exercising, but can't get it to go away. And until I do, the goat stays.

Funny you mention that. I was doing the clipper thing until one Halloween I couldn't come up with a decent costume and my wife recommended Mr. Clean. She clipped my hair, I went up stairs and shaved the rest of it off and I have not gone back, that was 6 years ago.

Yep, shave my head and have a goatee/moustache and it does seem to be very in fashion these days.  My observations of guys with shaved head and face is that the guys with masculine features can get away with it but guys with softer features just look funny.

Head Blade The Sport along with their shaving cream gives me a great shave with no irritation.

I bic my head a few times a week, since what hair I have left grows very fast.  I'm only 28 but I look like I'm in my late 30's when my hair has grown in for a few days.  I have a goatee, and I like the way it looks with the bald head.

+1 on that.  Forgot to apply the SPF only once, won't repeat that mistake.  A peeling chrome dome is not pretty.

Clippers with no guard, goat.

I don't shave my head, and have what some may call a "soul spot" under my bottom lip. I think only black guys look proper with a shaved head, white guys who shave their heads look like giant walking penises.

Had mine bald for about a year. Not by choice. Thanks to cancer treatments. Now it has all grown back and i miss being bald. Realy thinking about shaveing my head as soon as the weather warms up.... Weather my wife will lets me. Not the temp outside.
