Have you looked at Bushmaster? Their standard XM-15E2S in 20"HBAR is very sweet. Their DCM's have got to be awesome.

The first two are .223 and the third is .308 but it is the baddest SA match rifle out there for sub 2k. Well that is just an opinion anyway. But it is badass.
