Probably the slickest-looking light on the market... The 'high-tech' heat-dissipating design might make some sense with an older LED like the Luxeon K2 - but if this flashlight used the new 135 lumen Cree XR-E LED instead (which generates much less heat per lumen), the case design would be nothing more than an interesting styling exercise. I'd also be curious as to just how "water-resistant" this design is, considering that the battery case is directly exposed to the elements.
