[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt Combat Commander Question

OK, I know this probably should be in another forum, but I need to order a trigger for my CCC tonite and have a question about it. Is there a specific trigger it takes (ie: short, meduim, long)?

Mods, please forgive me for asking this here..I just need to know in a hurry

Depends on what kind of finger you have.

Short, medium or long.

I thought that was relative to the size of the bow???? Aren't commander triggers a different size than say a full size 1911?

No and no.

Short/Medium/Long refers to the actual trigger ("shoe") itself.

Commanders use the same triggers as Government (full size) Models. After all, commanders are just a shorter slide on a full-size frame.

Commander triggers are the same as full size govt models.
