You have to right click the link he posted, save it, then extract the files.

Fuck I hate that shit. Reminds me of Window Blinds. You need to install 20 different fucking packages just to change the look of your cocksucking desktop.

In addition to this "StyleXP" crap, they list an alternative software. So if I want to install the FPOS I have to look at both packages and decide which one will fuck up my system the least, install it, then come back to this rar folder and install the specific theme.

Added patcher. This just replaces a file. Doesnt cause any issues as millions of people use this. Once done, you will be able to use this theme like a normal XP theme.

You forget that not everyone is a leet computer user.

Make it as simple as possible, and then make it even easier.
