WTF does MAO mean > General Discussion

I see people posting the acronym ROTFLMAO. I know ROTFL means Rolling on the floor laughing. ROTFLOL means Rolling on the Floor Laughing Out Loud. But for the life of me I can't figure out what MAO stands for. Is it an AR15.com only term.
