Sooooo, in the grand tradition of awful firearms technical support, they mix fact with a screw up. Stated that .223 can be fired in both handguns and rifles (sure, Thompson Contender, okay, fine). Stated that weapon said .223 was fired from was a 10/22. Wow. The wife looks at me and says, "Um, I thought I bought you that 10/22 .22 LR, um, they make them in .223?" Um, no. |
They exist too bad thay are 2K Volquartsen Evolution |
| I don't watch CSI Miami any more after the stupid one where two plain cloths cops are transporting a shit load of ILLEGAL EVIL guns to be destroyed. And they get blown up and killed. the entire show was anti gun and the most unrealistic thing I ever saw. It is a libtard propaganda brain washing crap festival! |

Oh yeah, AR pistol. Single shot was the first thing that came to mind, didn't think of PLR-16 either. Thanks for the kind words TC6969, still had CSI Miami in the title so I think it counts as a #8 violation, but I'm not the mod... <sigh> This is why I only have 530+ posts in 4 years, gonna go lick my wounds and being a ARFCOM voyeur... H78 out! |
Those shows are the reason why I turn off the boobtoob, or watch something worthwhile like History channel or Discovery or, or, or fire up the computater and surf Arfcom

They clearly showed a 22 caliber rimfire bullet when running the check. Now I don't know what caliber 22 rimfire (LR, Short, Mag) really is, but I do know that when you buy bullets to load for a 223 or 5.56 you actually buy .224 caliber bullets. Maybe 22 rimfire actually mikes out at .223. |
MB, rewind if you can. the bullet looks like a pistol round... |
Thats the sexiest red X I have ever seen!
