I dunno... the officer who did the tazering is an "African-American"


I think a liberal jury would be hard pressed to find a man of such a minority to be liable for his actions.



A white or asian officer would have been lynched by now.

As much as we'd like to think that the media and potential jurors are race-blind, that is clearly not the case.

Is anybody all that surprised that they are suing?    The interesting part is going to be what the final award is or isn't.
