  Good move man, I had a long term GF that wanted them too, glad I didn't buy them for her. When we broke up it's not like I would have visitation rights or could repo them. From what I have seen women that get them can't help but show them off, and that leads to lots of attention, and that leads to sluttiness the likes of which you never thought possible. Why don't you tell me exactly what was posted above that led you to the conclusion that she "sounds like an incredible woman." You don't know anything about her except what she looks like and she wants breast implants. PS I don't plan on leaving my wife for a dog faced librarian, good luck to you though. Oh boy.... I don't know why I'm even answering this question... but here goes. First off, she doesn't look like she's disproportionate to begin with. If she's already a D then even if she has a booty then she'd still be fine. Second, she's aaaaawfully young to even be thinking about that. Third, if she's going to have children in the future, be aware that implants can cause problems being able to breastfeed. Fourth, from what I understand they will need to be replaced once or twice at the very least in the future. She wouldn't be getting herself into one surgery, but several in her lifetime. At least. I've read horror stories about them. Fifth, she needs to think about *why* she would be getting them. Is it because she is insecure? Really? Is it because she craves attention? Is she just following the fad? Is it something else? Or is it just the one thing that she doesn't like about her body and feels she needs a little "help" in fixing? If she understands all of that and still wants to jump in, then go for it I guess. I don't know.... it's really up to her... but I don't think it's a decision to be taken lightly at all. Sometimes au naturale is better.  I think the men really appreciate a woman who is confident with herself and still has some big ol' natural ta-tas. Once she goes there, she can't go back.... not without some irreversible damage being done.

| My fiance and i ahve talked about her getting implants, but nothing stripper/porn star size. Anything more then a handfull and your risking a sprained thumb. She has a 34B, so a full C cup would be nice. And who wouldnt want perky 18 year old breasts on their lady? lol. |
