Does this stuff work? I'm not some fatass who is too lazy to work out or eat better/less... just wondering. I've heard it can work if you excersize regularly. I'm trying to drop a few extra pounds. I excersize pretty hard 4 days a week and have been eating less.. and the weight is coming off... it's just slow going. Just wondering if the hydroxycut might speed it up a little bit. |
Don't waste your time with that shit. atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=12 That and a high protein, low carb diet will slim you down pretty quick. |
|
I added hydroxycut hardcore (from GNC) to my pretty intense workout and it just made me shit alot. By intense I mean: 3 mile daily run 4 mile daily bike ride 1 hour a day weight lifting If you purchase it from GNC you can use it for 30 days and return it if not satisfied-which I did. You have to take 2-3 capsules 2-3 times a day, so if you can stick to that give it a shot. Drink lots of water too. |
It's a small price to pay to make up for being too lazy to exercise.
|
|
Well what they hell do you think Hydroxycut is? |
I already don't drink soda, and I already use real butter. Like I said, what I'm doing is working... just looking for a way to speed it up. I work out about 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. |
![]() That's a bit much. |
Hydroxycut used to be effective, before they banned ephedra. Now it is mostly HCA and caffiene, basically useless. Lean system 7 or San- Tight will help with weightloss. Strength training 3-4 days a week plus 20 mins of cardio daily, will cut you up. Take a multi-vitamin, cut the carbs, eat 4-6 small meals or snacks a day and add water. |
Yup was doing that then they shut the gym down just quit eating and you'll lose weight. Dont believe those people who say this wont work. Show me a picture of a fat man in a concentration camp ![]() I know I know I'm going to hell for that one |
No doubt. Hit the weights hard for an hour or two and you should be totally burnt out. Even if you're doing a ton of cardio it doesn't burn as many calories as building muscle does. |
That is too much. A lot of people think that working out longer, and more intensely will net them better and quicker results. Nothing could be further from the truth. Your routine may actually be slowing the results you want. Go for quality, not quantity. If you're weight training, concentrate on proper form. Fewer reps using proper form is a much more efficient work out than doing a lot of reps with sloppy form. Rest is also very important. When you exercise, you create microtears in the muscle. Your body needs time to rest and repair the muscle. It's a lot of stress on your body. You can save yourself time lost training from injuries if you get the proper amount of rest. |

I think it's a thermogenic fat burner or some shit like that. The basic weight loss stack is Caffeine/Ephedra/Aspirin I think, you can get those individually and talk to someone far more knowledgeable than I about how much of each, and when. But really, watching your diet and hitting the weights hard, with a cardio a couple times a week should do wonders. This isn't a precontest cutting phase, just gradual weight loss and musclebuilding. |
| I took it for a short period of time a while back when I was working out regularly and it just made me feel like shit. Heart beating really fast when your just sitting there doing nothing. And your supposed to take a shitload of the stuff. You are supposed to work up to 3 pills 3 times a day. And no alcohol, and no cokes, the cokes weren't the problem for me. |

Eat right, excercize. Stick to it. There are no substitutes, there never were, there never will be. Even if there were something you could by at Walgreens that gave you rock hard abs and a 12" penis, chances are it would have disasterous side effects like making you crave man-meat. |
True that. Best advice given. Try replaceing a meal with a protein shake. |
dude.... that is pretty gay |
What? Craving man-meat?? Like you haven't.

Only when stuck in the Andes for 3 months after a plane crash..... |
^^ That makes a HUGE difference. Also, eat only at set times a day. Stop the "snacking and grazing" calories. When I first started in on losing the last of the baby weight, I ate the exact same thing, daily for 4 weeks, at the exact same time every day. I learned to hate food. ![]() I also keep active, and get some sort of cardio in every day. I find that I stick to the things I really LIKE to do, and tend to be flakier with the things I don't like. I LIKE skating, so do that almost every day. I LIKE to swim and ride my bike, so do those often too. I HATE the f-ing gym...so any reason is a good reason one to skip that. Same with sit-ups. ![]() I'd avoid the gimmicks. REALLY, if they worked, EVERYBODY would be on them like fen-phen. BTW: My weight has remained constant for over a year and a half. |

I started using hydroxycut a short time ago here and there when I needed a boost to increase my stamina and endurance....It will give you that extra mile on any of your workouts. you will come to a point where your not improving in any workouts...when you pop in a couple of hyroxycuts....you will get that extra mile.... I like it..I just don't fully depend on it.....to me it helps |

My take on personal fitness: How many minutes do you waste browsing arfcom? looking at porn? aimlessly surfing the internet? How many minutes does it take you to run a mile? I run at least 1 mile everyday, no matter how tired or busy I am, because it takes less than ten minutes, warm up and cool down included. If I feel like it, I lift weights or do pushups if I didn't go to the gym. 20-30 minutes of your time, and you will feel, and look great. I don't workout for the vanity aspect of it as much as I workout to keep my mind sharp. My job pays well, but is really, really boring. I can't imagine being to stay awake during the day if I was a couch potato... and exercise helps with the mood swings too, lol. Haven't been sad for no reason for a while, but that might also be because I moved away from the wet side of Washington State. |
Really? I thought that margarine was better than real butter? Although I don't eat butter, margarine, spread anyway, can't stand the stuff. |
