I log on AIM. Theres someone on without an away message that isn't idle. me: "Hi" her: "I don't feel like talking right now..." wtf!? Then why the hell are you logged on? Do you just not wanna talk to me? Then just fricken say it! but I doubt thats it because everyone on her list is on mine and theres no one else on she'd be having some deep convo with.... She's just looking for people to IM her so she can say that she doesn't wanna talk and they will feel all full of pity for her...fucking highschoolers... |
Perhaps she had a homework questionk, and only wanted to talk with one perons (the one she thought would know the answers) |
Don't know in your situation, but when I was tutoring in college I had to leave my AOL IM open so students could contact me with questions or to hire me. People would often just start yammering at me, and I'd say something pretty close to "I don't want to talk right now." Nothing was more annoying than typing in some long Corporate Finance equation as an example, hitting enter, and seeing it go into someone else's window who just popped in to say hi and ask what I was listening to on the radio. I know that's not your case, I'm just illustrating that sometimes reasons are there even if it doesn't seem like it. |
