My nephew is in the united states air force, his MOS is intelligence, his CO asked him last week if he wanted to volunteer for 6 months in qatar, after thinking about it for a few days he turned it down and decided to stay at eglin, well his CO told him he really should reconsider because he would be going to Iraq if he didn't take the cutter deployment. i was just wondering if any of you veterans out there could tell me what would air force personnel be doing in Iraq? thank you for your time. edited to add Qatar |
