Officially. Normally I listen to death metal,punk,motivational type music..ya know,music to kill people by  Last week I heard this song that really mellows me out,kinda hypnotizes me with the chorus. I figure I am getting old,or turning gay.but the chick in the song really turns me on,so I dunno.Her voice is kinda cool as well. Breathe So,is this a great song or am I turning old and gay ? |

It's all about balance. You have to fight 'getting old' by not wearing ugly pants, by never getting slow, and by keeping your mind sharp as hell. I like a lot of stuff I didn't used to like (prob incl this tune...cause she's pretty hot, her music is honest, and the vid is not half bad), but I don't let the old standbys weather with age (everybody needs a little death metal from time to time). So let the slow stuff roll, but don't forget your edgy past...

I don't enjoy listening to women complain and whine in real life, so can never see listening to one go "Waah, you hurt me!" when I want to relax either. I bristle at Alanis Morisette for the same reason. Every song is either angry, or obsessing too much about a microscopic issue. |
