Has anyone ordered any parts from Numrich?  I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, and have been less than satisfied.  The parts were supposedley shipped on 12/7, and I still haven't received them.  Their customer service is next to impossible to get on the phone, even if you can get anything other than a busy tone.  When you do get past the busy tone, they simply place you on hold.

I actually reached a service rep once, and they suggested I order the parts again, and simply return the others when they show up and they would refund my money.  WTF?  You want me to pay for a second set of parts, when you can't even deliver the first set?  I paid $6 to have them ship me two parts that could have been taped to the back of a post card, but they want me to pay again.

Anyone else have problems with them?

I have been dealing with them for 30 years with no problems.

It may be the post office, it took them 18 days to get a package to me from New York.

I don't know if its the Post Office or not, as I have received other packages inside the time this one has been outstanding.  In fact, I've received all other packages I am expecting except this one.

I've always had good luck, don't know what to tell you.

Remember that Denver Int'l is a major FEDEX and UPS hub and it got shut down cold for 44 hours last week.  That's going to fuck up some shipping.

I've had good luck with them. Try not to judge anyone's service to harshly during the holidays.

I'd give it a bit more time.  The midwest snowstorm really screwed some things up, I know a business owner who has been checking a package on UPS's tracking number system and it hasn't moved since last week.  He's freaking out too.

Your package might be on this plane in Denver:

Similar experiences with them back in the 90's. Their customer service was spotty at best and thats why I dont use them anymore.

I think its the USPS.  I ordered NRA Xmas cards, and it took a solid 21 days from the day I place the order till the day it was delivered to my front door.  We buddy ordered some books and a video during the summer time, and the USPS took over 30 days to delivered because they kept on moving his parcel from PO to PO.  We can see it because the sender bought the USPS tracking.  The USPS has hired many temp people that don't know the system, and to make matters the snow storm in Denver.  If you need parcels to be delivered on timely manner, don't use USPS during Xmas time.

Geez, you'd think it was Christmas time or something when the shipping system is overloaded and therefore very slow.

I am expecting a UPS package, stuck in Denver since the 20th with no movement according to the latest tracking update about 10 minutes ago.

I think it was a Turkish take off and the only thing holding it together was the grease. I was like, What the fuck am i gonna do with this? its' still in the wrapper as i try to figure out how to get the gunk off the leather without fucking it up. Mineral spirits maybe?

Tis the season..... I'd wait till after christmas.  I've dealt with Numrichs for quite a few years and never had a problem.  Most of the time there shipping has been quite quick actually.

I have been ordering from them for years. I've not had a problem that they didn't immediately take corrective action on.

If they have it, they'll send it.
