My IM and ar15.com E-mail works on and off, so best to E-mail me at: [email protected] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pre-ban PWA lower that has been refinished by US Anodizing in Colt gray. This is an older A1 forging. After the refinish I built it up, never shot it, and tore it down for this sale. $250 shipped UPS ground. ![]() ![]() ![]() 1976 Colt SP1 lower. Shows some use, and I accidently removed the black touch up paint behind the bolt stop pin. Uses all standard parts save the front pivot pin do dad. $400 shipped via UPS ground. COLT LOWER ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Pre-ban PWA lower that has been refinished by US Anodizing in Colt gray. This is an older A1 forging. US Anodizing cleaned up the ugly forging around the rear take down pin, polished up the front of the mag well, drilled the weep hole for the front take down pin spring, and added the bevel to the top of the receiver ring right below where the charging handle rests. After the rework I built it up, never shot it, and tore it down for this sale. $325 shipped UPS ground. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1959-1963 1/14 Winchester barrel (Colt did not have rifle barrel capability at the time). The 1/14 barrel is what made the AR-15 infamous during project AGILE in Vietnam. This barrel was rusty and was wire brushed to white by the prior owner. I lightly bead plasted and parked it. Still shows pitting, see pics for details. Could not get the front sight base back on straight, and had to use oversized tapper pins. It did zero, but needed quite a few click of windage. Also seems to have a bit of a gas leak, cases just fall out of the ejection port. Bore is the brightest and prettiest I have seen on a 601. However it does shows some throat erosion and reads a ?? on my T/E gauge. $250 plus shipping. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Used take off Colt M16A2 barrel, this is an early one with a C and Bell marked front sight base. There are barrel vice jaws marks under the handguard. Reads a ?? on my T/E gauge. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Early Model 601 upper receiver assy. When I got this one I thought it was refinished with some sort of paint because it was heavily and evenly blasted prior to finishing. So I had US Anodizing refinish it standard Colt gray to match my lower. While removing the old finish Victor found that it was not painted, but the finish was original. Ooops, but it since it was like new it is tight, and does not have any dings from use. Port door was an old used one I reparked, the spring is weak and it will pop open if jarred. Rear sight is an original used 601 assy. Need $250 plus shipping. ![]() Delta ring on left is a M16A2 take off, $5. One on the right is off a M4 Carbine, $5. ![]() Big round forward assist used on USGI A1 rebuilds during the 1980’s. These don’t have a clearnce cut for A2 lowers, so must be used on older ones, or so I am told. $25. ![]() Used take off USGI A1 flash suppressors, $10 each. ![]() First version port door, used 1959-64, take off with ware $35. ![]() ![]() Take off USGI Colt chrome bolt assy, marked MP as used from 1964-65. All correct including the old style extractor spring with no buffer, $85. ![]() Heavily mottled used USGI take off grip $8. ![]() Dinged up used USGI charging handles $10 each. ![]() Take off used Colt light gray charging handle $15. ![]() Pre-ban USGI Adventure 30 round mag, won’t drop free $5. ![]() Like new take off Colt M4 buttstock $40. ![]() ![]() Used take off Colt M16A2 buttstock, came off a Colt 6551 $25. ![]() Used, yellow, and ugly take off USGI gas tubes. Never had Direct, been a Dish Network subscriber for almost 12 years now. I've stayed with Dish because I think they have a better product (unless you're really into the sports packages). I have a high def system and right now Dish has more HD programming than anyone. I would still go with either Sat provider rather than stick it out with cable. Nothing wrong with Direct, I just prefer Dish. |

I'm a happy DirectTV customer, but will have to leave them. Unfortunately, when I got the HD TV, my property couldn't see the new satellites I'd have to be using, due to trees. From where I am in GA, the direction was about 30 degrees east of south and the elevation about 45 degrees -- so you should be able to get a rough guess of what your visibility will look like. So, probably off to Comcast I go. Blech. I second the notion to get a DVR of some sort. I love my tivo. |

DirecTV is fine until they make a mistake on your bill at which point they become the collection agency from hell. Seven years after I cancelled service and they continued billing me for months they're STILL denying responsibility for their error and trying trying to collect. Their own attorneys and four outside collection aganecies have already declined to follow up after hearing why I won't pay them a dime. I subscribe to Dish Network now with no problems. Comcast may be bastards but their recently boosted cable Internet speed is impressive. |
