Had a problem with an upper of mine I just bought... noticed the front sight tower was canted to the right pretty bad.

Sent it off to DPMS and Not only they kicked ass in getting it back to me but it came with an apology too.

I know we always complain when someone doesnt treat us right and rarely give a pat on the back to those who DO treat us right...

DPMS came through BIG time.

I had my 92 at Taurus for somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-8 weeks. DPMS had the upper for a week... actually less than a week. I told them I had a charity shoot function on the 9th and needed it by then.

They Delivered!

that is pretty nice ( and I am a DPMS/Oly basher to the core)
time frame is impressive too 1-2 months is on par for about every gun company out there for warranty work

I have seen both a LMT and a BM with canted sights

the companies both said the gun will zero so live with it

Oh the guy that received the upper said "I dont know HOW that even left our factory, please accept our sincere apologies. We will get if fixed and back to you in time for your shoot."

I run service for a manufacturer that says door alignment that is off by 1/8" is within tolerances. I say "I dont think so" I'll get it where you need calipers to tell the difference.

dustin is a rad guy dealt with him over a barel that did not headspace back in 01 and he squared it away quick.
