The term comes from the American communist party.

It is a tool they developed to negate the First Ammendment to the US Constitution.

It has largely eliminated freedom of speach from their opponents.

Part of that tool is to label anyone who disagrees with them a 'racist'.

I think its gotten better. The mid 1990s were horrible on college campuses, but its eased up quite a bit. But then again, I changed campuses from a New England school to one in the deep south.

Everything is better in the dirty south -- except the skiiing.
