It's a template so no law is being broken having it as far as I know.
but anyone that buys it is buying it for a reason.

Stuff like this sure is a red flag to me. That postal money order is icing on the cake. I wonder what additional charges to constructive intent a prosecuter could cook up?

It looks like a template. The thing in the baggie looks like a piece of paper. The "50%" probably means that they designed it, you just make it. Which would be illegal here, and a very bad idea.

You don’t need any M16 parts in the gun to make it work. You just need a lower receiver that does not have a high shelf. From what i understand they work great. The only one that i would want is a SWD registered one though.
