Never visit a gun store on a rainy day. I stopped off at my local shop today, to bring home a wee birthday gift for myself. Atlanta is in the big storm streak that cut across the southeast today, though not as hard as some other places to our south and west... Anyway, the place was packed! I asked the guy at the register if we were having a congressional panic buy, but it turns out that it happens every time it rains. I'd never considered it, but folks with construction jobs can't work on rainy days -- and a lot of construction guys like to come and window shop at the gun store! |
