Alright, which one of you disgruntled guys is responsible for this?

Explosions Reported At eBay PayPal Building In San Jose

(BCN) SAN JOSE San Jose firefighters are responding to reports of explosions from within a four-story building in San Jose that has also drawn responses from a bomb squad and a hazardous materials team.

The fire department responded to the building at 2211 North 1st St. at 7:31 p.m. after being contacted by the building's private alarm company that some windows were broken and several explosions may have occurred inside, according to San Jose Fire Department Capt. Jose Guerrero.

The firefighters report no obvious signs of fire, but it appears there is a haze coming from inside of the building and several windows have been blown out, Guerrero said.

Firefighters have ordered the evacuation of the building and members of the bomb squad and the hazardous materials team are going through the structure, according to Guerrero.

1)  No, that's NOT why I moved out this way.

2)  If it had been me, there wouldn't be a building left.

Heck, PayPal is one of the few places in the greater E-bay world where you can actually sort of get support.  They still screw you, but at least a human will tell you so.

It's your fault then. Obviously folks started withdrawling large sums of money so Ebay/Paypal sabotaged their mainframe losing all records and account info. "Sorry, we can't conduct any transactions unless you have a legal, paper account statement". "You don't?  we're sorry, no money for you."

i hope no-one was hurt

this is good news, i can appreciate any damage that the paypal co sustains, especially if it was payback for locking the wrong account and causing massive troubles to someone

While I may have my disagreements with how they do business, nobody there deserves to be hurt or killed because of their company's business practices.  Celebrating their offices being bombed is screwed up.

True, but where do you draw the line?  The employees are the ones that are breaking the law.  A company is just an idea.  It's the employees that actually execute the wrong-doing.  As an example, my nephew worked for BellSouth for years.  They are one of the dirtiest and most dishonest companies around.  He lied in court for them several times and once was told to lie in front of the state PUC.  His wife worked for their billing department before it was moved to Alabama.  She personally was told to lie to customers about what they owed.  She was the one who created fraudulent bills to mail them to companies her boss knew would pay the bill without a fight.  They were like you.  They didn't blame themselves for their actions.  They blamed BellSouth.z
