What makes a "perfect politician"??

The media seems to enjoy telling "us" which candidate is best "qualified" yet their list of qualifiers is pretty much non-existant.

So, what qualities must a political aspirant possess??

Military Service: useful but if he/she served in war time then they risk being labled a "killer" - worse yet, if you served 20 years in the military you will be labled as a person with no "real world" experience.

Education: Without a bachelor degree, "they" won't recognize your candidacy, yet if you have double PhDs you will be labled a book smart/experience lacking person.

Political Experience: If you served on the City Council, County Board, State House and run for the US House/Senate, you will be labled a "career politician" - yet, if you are an experienced business person and make a "virgin" run in politics, your inexperience in the political arena the media will be used against you.

Gender: The media loves women, and looks down on men as being a necessary evil in politics. Yet, women are labled as "weak" or worse.

Marriage: If you are single, you are looked at as being unstable, yet if you are divorced you are looked at as being unstable. If you're happily married with a couple of kids, then there must be something you're hiding from society.
