I believe Traveling Riverside Blues was first released on the Led Zeppelin boxed set, circa 1990.  It was found when they were going through the masters.

Traveling Riverside Blues and Hey Hey what can I do were both released on a box set called "anthology."

At least in the US.

Hey Hey What Can I Do: B-side to the "Immigrant Song" single. No album until the recent box sets.

Traveling Riverside Blues: Recorded for broadcast by the BBC, so I guess the "BBC Sessions" would be closest to the orginal source. Also released in some of those '90s compilations

Condi Rice is a big Zep fan, I found out by listening to Hannity's interview with her.

I think you have the re-issue with extra tracks, so that sort of solves it.
