Since I completely killed of Norton Systemworks because it sucks! I am looking for another maintainance program, what do you use? Is the built-in Windows Defrag or Disk Clean-up good enough?

I dont use them.. Dont need em... Just good a Anti-Virus and a spyware cleaner or 2...
But if you need a good defragger, O&O is pretty damn good

If you run Windows all you need is Firefox, AVG Anti Virus, Micosoft Defender, and the system tools included with Windows. You can set up a scheduled task to run a Defrag every night while you are sleeping and that will keep your HD nice and clean :)

Windows Defrag will do… I run it in safe mode to minimize background program interference.
