Already been done. Back in the Gold Rush days, they captured both animals & would wager on who would win. Grizzly bear & full-grown African lion. The Grizzly would always win, often in less than 1 minute.........  Louis L'Amour wrote of this in one of his books........................ |

He said tiger, not lion. A tiger can tear a lion apart. It's quite a bit larger than a lion. I'm not sure which would win between the tiger and the Grizzly bear. Also a Polar bear is more deadly than a Grizzly bear. |
I'd give the edge to the Lion. The lion is a brawler, not a hunter like the tiger. (males, that is) |
