I looked into using Timeserts on my F-150 head when it blew a sparkplug. Call around some auto repair shops to see if they are distributors for them. The kit for my F-150 was available direct from Timesert, but I ended up just getting a remanufactured head.

Or, call Timesert and ask for the distributor near you.
