Yes, there is a place for this.

www.planetfeedback.com

Companies in  general actually respond to complaints.  I had an issue with Macy's I couldn't resolve.  One complaint on planetfeedback and I had it taken care of.

Thanks everyone!

I sent out a part to a CNC milling machine to be repaired......5 weeks ago The machine is old and probably should be replaced but thats another story.

They told me turn around of 2 weeks max. They have charged my credit card but no repaired part has come back. They don't answer email, tel. calls or faxes. I am now disputing the $700 charge on my CC. And of course the whole time work is backing up at the shop ....Such is life

ETA: I did Goggle the company name and didn't find anything bad. Its supposed to be a reputable company..I really thing they lost/threw out the part. For all intents & purposes the part can't be replaced due to age of the machine.
