I too would put Live at Fillmore East amongst my favorites. The rest in no particular order:

The Band's The Last Waltz
Fleetwood Mac's The Dance
Stevie Ray Vaugan on Austin City Limits
Moody Blues and the Frankfurt Rock Orchestra

I always liked Frampton Comes Alive, Live Without A Net by Van Halen is great, I also have to bootlegs of Van Halen which are VERY good one is the US Festival and the other is Live In Buenos Aries.

It's a compilation of a lot of live stuff, from many venues but is amazing stuff, check it out if you haven't. Two disk set.

One of the first Zep albums I bought.

Actually, my most favorite album recorded live has to be Metallica S&M.  That is one of the few CD's that I have had to replace over the years due to excessive use(next to Pearl Jam Ten)

Led Zep is by far the best band ever, Song Remains the same, one of their worst albums
