So I swing by subway and get a subway club with all my favorite veggies on it. I ask for oil and vinigar and she put it on pretty thick. It was to go, so I drove back to the office and when I get to my desk and go to eat my sammich, the bread is all soggy with the oil and vinegar. It was a mess!!! And it was good! |
Next time, ask for packets of oil and vinegar. They have it. I'm an insider so I should know ![]()

+1 I have been in Quizmos once. Ordered a sub. watched it being 'prepared' after about 30 seconds I cancelled my order and walked out. Never been back in one since. Looked as if it was being made from old / not fresh lunch meat and when he squirted some baby shit looking pre-made sauce on it from a squeeze container .... that was my 'Que to walk. |
They wanted to give me a new sandwich. I insisted on a refund. ![]() I checked them all out and none of the girls was missing a nail. In fact, none of them wore artificial nails. And they all wore gloves. The owner said the veggies are processed in a central location in Fresno or some BS and are delivered in big bags. So, they said it probably happened there. |
This was the one and only experience I had with Quiznos. Only difference was it took me less than a minute to get the sub from the counter to my office. The damn thing was still all soggy. Overrated and Overpriced. Bleh! |

Subway has gotten very stingy with their meat and cheese. Subway used to be a good deal. Now they try and fill you up with bread and lettuce, oil and mayo. If they could figure a way to make a sandwich cheaper and use sawdust cellulose and still meet USDA requirements for edibility they would. Go to an Italian deli and spend the same amount of money and get a real sammich. |
