Is there a way to make a live weather radar shot as my background? For example, the local Weather Channel radar. Thanks, Mike

Yes, you can enable active desktop and use the URL for the video feed as your background wallpaper.

If you are using windows Xp right click on your desktop and then on properties. Then click on the <desktop> tab and then on customize desktop. Then on the ,web. tab, and put the URL that you already copied from the address bar in the box that opens when you click <new>.
