I don't think dead terrorists in any way illustrates patriotism, even if we derive satisfaction from justice done.  We don't exactly hold on to and treasure our photos of vietnamese casualties, either.  Soldiers, however, particularly alive ones such as these, are an excellent example.

Nothing is more worthy of the lifelong conviction at the cores of our beings that these heroes are the best we will ever have.  I try to live my life as an American in a manner that will in some small way honor their sacrifice and willingness to fight for an idea that MUST live on.
