NOT the same company, but Streamlight bought Insight Technology's design for the M3 and M6-series lights. This made sense since Streamlight is a flashlight manufacturer and Insight mostly works with lasers & thermal.

Funny... I thought my box had both names on it? I'm pretty sure its an Insight however.
I have an M6, I trust it to protect me and my family hanging off the front of my Glock 21!
