When I plug a flash drive into my work computer, the folder automatically "pops up". At home, nothing happens. I have to go to "My Computer" to find it. Obviously, I "turned something off". How do I turn this feature back on?

Put the key in and go to it in My Computer. Right click on the drive and click the Auto Play tab. You can choose it to open a folder or to ask you every time.
