I don't follow politics as well as I should. What's the deal. The Dems may take over this fall and then another ban could be in place? Is that the big concern? Please clarify this for me. And, if this were to happen, what is everyones opinions about what we should be stocking up on right now. I know high capacity magazines, but what about lowers and other items. How bad do you think the next ban might be? What sort of items will get banned this time? |

Probably some time after 2008... If the libs make gains in 2006, they wouldn't want to piss off gunowners before the 2008 Prez election. They admited that the '94 ban helped cause them to lose control. Many of the congress critters probably want to avoid anythig to do with gun control period... Then you have the dirtbags like Brady, Schumer (ie: The Lizard), Fineswine, Boxer, etc. ETA: I know quite a few gunowners who are Dem... They were seriously pissed after the '94 gun ban and didn't vote Dem because of that ban. |
