I used to fly with Lisa Nowak back in the mid 80's when we were stationed in the same squadron.
She dropped me an email a couple weeks ago to let me know she's ready!

Plus she's a Paesan.

Yes it's live coverage. They just showed the closeout crew assisting the flight crew inside the shuttle.
