I've got my OD Infidel t-shirt. wore it just saturday out and about. Why do you wear/display your Infidel items? I have my reasons, but need your input for my SO to hear others. I won't share my POV at this time so as not to 'taint' any opinions here. thanks. |
I understand this, and am Christian. However, it gets the point across. |
+1 I have one and I wear it. It is so there is no ambiguity. I don’t want to hide under the prospect that I might be a leftist who just thinks they are “misunderstood” or whatever. I am not trying to placate them. I am not approval seeking. I don't think that if we roll over and play nice it will be ok. Fuck them. ETA: Mine also has it in arabic so it is pretty clear who it is directed towards and what 'version' of infidel I am. |
| We could just as easily wear an American flag shirt that says "These colors don't run," but if you're a an Islamofascist, that message may be lost in the translation. OTOH, an in-your-face message that says "Yeah, I'm one of the people you want to see wiped off the face of the earth, so you can get to your heaven, but I'm standing behind you in the checkout line at the local Tom Thumb, and want you to know we don't fear cowards like your type" might convey that samel level of resolve to that person a little more clearly. That's my take, anyway. |
Except in real life where you are face to face with people and aren't behind a keyboard and monitor...but otherwise like anonymous, pussy internet stuff. ![]() ETA: I'm trying to take this seriously but I can't help but laugh my ass off that you are internet posting about internet-tough-guy complex regarding people who wear something potentially offensive in real life (i.e. not from behind the safety of the keyboard). ![]() I hope the irony is not lost on you...it's funny for everyone even if it is slightly at your expense. |
I love it! --VT |
<shrug> Oh, I dunno. Let's see somebody wear this shirt in Damascus, Riyadh or something like that - okay, then I'll say that you're really trying hard to make a point. ...wearing it to your local Wal-Mart in Whitebread, Kansas?....well, it's just a shirt at that point. But, if you like it to wear it, it's okay with me. |
Well, that makes sense. But if I was in one of those places I would hope to be making a statement with a weapon, not a t-shirt. ETA: Or maybe both I guess. ![]() |
Over there you'd be wearing a kevlar shirt with hard plates that say "INFIDEL-THIS SIDE FORWARD" on them. |
Tell me more of this Whitebread, Kansas. Good place to live? Guess I need to do research.

That is the same shirt I have and wear. I have two and also a hat with the same logo on it I picked up from Spike's Tactical. People ask, "What message are you sending with that?" My reply is, 'It makes me easier to find!" ![]() |
