Lets say that you see a kid rummaging thru your car at 2:30 AM (You woke up because you had to crap, (mexican food) )
The kid is taking your stereo, gps, and your laser radar detector from what you can see. He walks off before you have a chance to stop him. What would you do in this situation?

I would call the police and go after him with a baseball bat and hold him down until the police came.

Then you're not very smart.

Following him is fine... If you hold him down, you would be subject to arrest. Walking around with a baseball bat is a bad idea too.

i had this exact same thing hapen omly i caught them in mid breakin.

racked a shot gun about 3' behind them. one ran the other stood there and pissed himself before taking off.
